Caffeine is usually a main ingredient in energy drinks. Well, not a main ingredient. the main ingredient's water, mostly but... that's not important!

Caffeine increases your heart rate and releases adrenaline which can stop you sleeping even if you are tired. These kind of symptoms are normally more common from other stimulants, stronger than caffeine, like BZP and MDMA. You might just be very sensitive to the caffeine.

Give it a few days and you should be fine, if not, see your doctor.

no just get some sleep

get some rest and try to stay off the energy drinks. everything including your heart need proper rest or its not healthy. Happened to me
