Groin question?!


Question: alright its only been a couple days but my groin has been hurting. not major pain just enough to notice. and its only when i sprint it hurts. is a quick a couple days rest good to recover?

Put some moist heat on the area for about 30 minutes before you start your exercise and make sure to stretch well. Once you are done with your exercise, stretch again and ice it 15 minutes on, 15 off, for an hour or so. Do that for 3 or 4 days and see how it feels. You may need to continue that process for up to a couple weeks. Just make sure you stretch A LOT and that will keep you loosened up.

you could of gotten a hernia
however hopefullly not
if the pain gets worse or dont go away soon see a doctor
