Why, when I fall asleep at school, do I breathe air into my stomach?!
Question: We've been having the graduation tests at our school all week, and we get 3 hours to fill out the test. it only takes the class half an hour to an hour to fill it all out, and we can't talk tko rlistne to anything. so everyone, including the teacher, falls asleep until we get the bell to leave. I've noticed that sleeping on the desk in class I wake up having to burp A LOT OF AIR out of my stomach. Why would I breathe air into my stomach? it's only when I sleep at school, I've never had this problem at my house or anywhere else.
