I need to know how to deal with degenerating herniated disks in your lower back.!
Question: My fiance has 2 degenerating herniated disks in his lower back and I need to get some info about which pain med's work best, how I can help his pain ease. Like streaches and rubs or any websites that would help. Oh and PLEASE DON'T REPORT THIS I'm just asking for help in this department and iv been having trouble finding information... What about sex. we are only 20 and it is such hard thing for him to do without hurting the next day. I'm not asking for serious details... just maybe some positions, or things along those lines.

Anti-infammatories are absolutely necessary as inflammation will occur and compress nerves causing nerve pain. Severe nerve pain will require stronger nerve blockers. A chartered physio should be consulted about exercises as I will not try to describe exercises having not seen your fiance. Do not massage/manipulate this area as you could do more harm!
As for sexual positions; any with you on top are best as his back muscles really don't have to do anything. Also him behind with you leaning over a table would also be okay as long as he uses his arms on the table to support his lower
back. Missionary is definitely out!!!
