My sleeping habits are screwed!?!


Question: I am a total night owl and can never fall asleep before midnight (atleast). More realistically, one or two in the morning. I started a new position at work and I have to wake up at 6AM and it's killing me! I rarely, if ever drink coffee and today I had to resort to a cup because I'm exhausted. What can I do to either get to sleep earlier or just feel more rejuvenated in the morning?

go to the vitamin section at your local store and get some melatonin. it is what your body produces during the day that makes you sleepy. take a few before bedtime and you will sleep well with no side effects in the am.
i have had this problem for years.

this works for me I drink night quil puts me 2 sleep within 10 min.

think about the things that bother you and resolve them in your mind. chat with people if need be

im doinf this aswell at the moment, got up at 5pm yesterday, try and ease yourself back into a normal routine, say going to bed half an hour earlier every day
