Left hip and lower back pain?!
Question: Im a 16 year old male and my left side of my hip just started to hurt awile ago then my lower back started to hurt real bad if i bent down, sit or carry something. I don't feal no pain when i am doing any kind of excercise. What could be the problem?

You may have just pulled a muscle. If it doesn't go away in 2-3 days maybe you should contact a doctor to make sure its nothing serious.
I had the same problem a few years ago and it was because my hip was out of place. Went the chiropractor and he fixed it up like new in a minute. He told me that it was probably caused by the fact that I kept my wallet in my back pocket. Bad idea. Every time I sat down, I was sitting on my wallet so it made sense.
I'd look into seeing a chiropractor if you can :)
get someone to measure the length of your legs to see if they are the same.that may be causing the pain.good luck
