So, what part of your hand can't support any weight? What's left of your hand or your wrist?

If you can't put any weight on it, then you're stuck doing pushups with just one hand (on what will become your "good" hand).

You can make up for that by using velcro straps to attach weights to your fore-arm and do weight training exercises (like curls) with the weights instead.

dont
itll be dangerous
just stay the way you are is the best opsion in this case

I would suggest using other arm exercises, and it looks like it might be the end of push ups for you.

I would ask your Dr. or Physical therapist if pushups are a good exercise for you to do. They can suggest a good workout that won't do any more damage to you hand and wrist. It is is important to build strength but also protect what you have. Good luck finding a good workout program.

um........... u cant?

use your head instead.

impossible unless you do one arm
