Do I need to be using crutches?!

Question: Last Thursday I was wearing flip flops and there was this puddle of water in the middle of the hall that I didn't see and I slipped and twisted my ankle to the side. I never went to see anyone and I have just been putting up with it. The problem is that yesterday I was in gym class and during gym and after my ankle started to hurt ALOT!
It felt like it does after you sprain it
Problem is it's not swollen it just hurts.
It is tender on the inside not the outside
It hurts alot when any pressure is applied(as I press on it)
I think I should see the school nurse but I'm not sure because I can walk/run but it hurts. If she will think I'm actually injured.
what would she do?

These are my questions also:
will she give me crutches?
Will she give me a note for gym?
Will she give me pain meds?

I have gym 1rst block should I go before or after

The school nurse cannot prescribe medication, in fact will not give you asprin without parents permission (unless you are over 18) nor does a school, typically, keep crutches. She can wrap it with an ace bandage and tell you to elevate it and keep ice on it. If you go before class, she can get you out of gym for the day, then she will refer you to a doctor and only doctor can due all the things you ask about
