I lost feeling in my index and middle finger for A WEEK after a single night of "Bad" things... I freaked but realized that I just did some nerve damage with multiple movements...
Just keep rubbing the are to bring circulation back to the area and you will be fine.
You probably just slept on your arm wrong. To think that "bad things" and "alot of kissing" would cause your arm to hurt is absurd.
