Please help and please be serious, im started to freak out?!
Question: I and friend got in a fight, with gloves. I hit in the face and he went to the ground. since then I sent him home on a taxi with another friend. Im starting to freak out cause im getting answers, on here saying he will die and stuff. his symptoms after the fight are, dizziness, he threw up a little blood and he is sleepy. he went home and slept. its been 1 hour since the fight. he has no memory lost and he is aware. he also cold walk underneath his own power. I tried to get home to a clinic but he wouldnt go. so i sent him home. is this thing serious and what is it. we did this for fun and I never wanted anything like this to happen

I've been hit with a rock in the face... Was a bloody mess but I never visited the doctor and managed to survive! Not to worry your friend will not die from a single punch!
it sounds like concussion ... take him to a hospital

He has concussion and should get checked out by a doctor asap.
maybe he should go to get checked out, but if hes got an ego and wont, just check up on him often and dont let him sleep for more than a half and hour at a time or he could go unconcious in his sleep
if he dies, you'll go down on MURDER charges dude.
sounds like typical signs of a concussion ... he needs to be evaluated by an ER and if the concussion isn't severe, if mild he could just go home and be observed by family members.
You're messing with the brain here ... the biggest threat of a concussion is causing the drive to breathe spontaneously to stop.
Serious stuff and yes he needs to go to an ER ... not just hang out at home. You could be charged with assault and involuntary manslaughter if you don't do something ... so if I were you I would call 911 and have them do a welfare check on him ... better be known to have done something than nothing at all.
This is why Moms tell their kids no play fighting. You can unintentionally hurt someone ... or get hurt. Not a cool position to be in.

who cares if he doesn't want to go. tie him up and drag him there if you have to. (although it might make the situation worse..)
