sounds kinda dirty, but one of the best ways to help sleep, is sex, or masturbation. orgasm releases seratonin and u feel good, and can usually nod off to sleep :D

I take one melatonin tablet (3 mg I think) for sleep. Over-the-counter and considered a natural supplement. Also, my doctor told me regular exercise helps with sleep. Good luck!

Purchase a bottle of essential oil of lavender. a good brand is Nelson and Russell (I like the species from France better than the species from Croatia). Take a bath and put a few drops in the bath water. Put a few drops on your pillowcase. Then inhale a few deep breaths. Works every time.

Wear ear plugs and nose strips every night. You WILL sleep.
The nose strips are called "Breathe Right" and the plugs work wonders.
