the redness is a just your bodies non specific immune response, you could take anti-histamines but i wouldn't recommend it.

- in response to the other crazy answers, redness doesn't mean its infected and don't take antibiotics without going to see a doctor...

- again... neosporin is a tropical antibiotic cream, NOT an anti-inflammatory so will do nothing...

Try putting a cold compress on it.

ice

hve u tried ice?

The redness either means infection,or healing. Get it checked out.

Ice it. Put neosporin on it and you should be good.

:)

well try neosporin or polysporin. If not then make-up. There are very few things that get rid of skin redness.

put a cold pack on it to reduce any redness or swelling.

ice
and put
like triple antibiotic
or neosporin

neosporin

If it is red it might be infected. If you have some peroxide (from the chemist not the hairdresser) pour that onto it.

The redness means that it is inflammed which means there is an infection. You can't get rid of the color until you get rid of the infection and abrasion heals. Since the wound is closed, that helps and will heal by itself, but you can't get the red out without covering it up. How about using a bandaid?

if there are redstreaksyou have blood poisoning and need to go to the docta~

ice for you foot and icecream for you, it will do the trick

Neosporin really helps.

ice

red don't mean infection nessesary. it means blood is rusig to the area

some cover up will help if itwont go away before then
