600mg doses of ibuprofen make me feel happy why is that?!

Question: I looked on Mayoclinic.com, and it said that ibuprofen can sometimes , rarely, cause euphoria. It is probably caused by your body adjusting to it, but if it continues or disrupts your life in any way, see your doctor.

It may be the elimination of pain. I suffer from chronic pain and have noticed that when I have a painfree or low pain level day I feel an amazing "natural" high.
Other than that I can't think of any reason you'd feel any different mentally.
