Your symptoms definitely make it appear as though this is accurate, but you really should see a professional about this. This really is a key step in moving forward to address whatever the issue may be.

In my opinion, pretty much the whole first list of symptoms all slook like very common traits of depression and you are certainly not alone on possessing those traits.

Symptoms 4, 5 and 6 on your second list look like they could be associated with anxiety. When do they occur and where are you when they happen? Again, ask a professional to determine the true cause.

I have no idea about those orange spots, the feeling of coldness and shaking. If those symptoms have been there for a while and do not appear to be going away, you might want to see a professional about them. I highly doubt that those three symptoms are related to your possible depression.

maybe your sick
but i don't think your getting depressed
also some of the more serious things are symptoms of B12 or low iron, i had really low iron and i was always feeling those thing especially # 1,3,4,5 &6 but it can cause 2 and dry hair, and brittle nails, so look for that too...and it makes you really tierd all the time and lazy, it sounds stupid that it could be that, but trust me there's a big chance it is, because i was the exact same, i was always tierd and cold, things that used to make me laugh didn't, i felt really depressed, i liked to be alone alot, and i was always sucked into the computer... go for blood work, it doesn't hurt, and in a matter of 2 days they will let you know and put you on meds, and in about 3 weeks your back to your old self again:):)... its always worth a try...
good luck

If you've been depressed and worked through, then you are good at seeing your symptoms. You are sounding like you are getting depressed, and you like someone.

The physical symptoms could also be caused by other medical conditions too. Sleeping but waking up tired, maybe a problem with sleep, which is causing some of the rest of the circulation, shaky, fainting, dizzy, etc.

Make an appointment with a professional, check you diet for proper nutrition, and start a multi vitamin. Make schedules for your time on the computer, and for resting. Make sure you get out for good things to occupy your mind on positive stuff. and repeat positive things, so you hear it every day. Dont' wait too long, get better before you go farther along this path.

Best of Luck!

have you been checked for diabetes--low blood sugar levels can make you tired---faint--shaky--dizzy

There are a number of medical conditions that can cause the behavioral symptoms as well as the physical symptoms. Don't be too quick to see a psychiatrist - you need a full workup from your family physician. Have them check your thyroid - any trouble with your thyroid can cause physical and emotional symptoms.
