Occasionaly Dislocating arm?!
Question: Greetings, a month back my best frd had dislocated his arm due to a motorbike accident, at that moment he felt it was dislocated and managed to put it back...It seems it was a hell of a pain. From that time onwards Occasionaly he has his arm Dislocate when he is indulge in work and sports. He is very worried if it is going to be a permanent one that he`ll be experiencing in his life. Pls assist. Thk u.

He should probably have a MRI done to make sure that he doesn't have a torn Rotator Cuff. It really sounds like he does, and I'm not gonna lie to ya, I can't think of much that is more painful than that. A tear will not heal itself, only worsen so the sooner it can be confirmed or eliminated the better.

i have been told that building the muscle around the joint helps, but the best thing is to go see a doctor.
