I hurt my knee?!

Question: So today I actuall ran into the back of our van which has a tow hitch on it...hurt like !!!! since then my knee feels like its burning, right on top of the knee where I hit it. Like a constant heat. Any ideas??

I doubt it's anything serious. It'll be sore for a while but should improve a little each day. If it's getting worse or doesn't improve at all after a week see a doctor. Might feel better if you put a cold pack on it 3 or 4 times a day
