I show all the symptoms for wrist tendonitis, how do I finish out tennis season?!

Question: I am 15 yrs. old, and play #2 singles for my tennis team. Over the past couple of weeks, I've developed some sort of wrist pain. I researched it, and found out that I had wrist tendonitis. All the websites i've seen so far say that I should rest my injury, but tennis season lasts about 3 more weeks with about 6 matches and the district tournament left. The pain is getting more significant, and I need some advice on how I can deal with it to finish out tennis season successfully.

Any advice/personal experience input is much appreciated.

Thanks

If you really want to play then you can. You should wear a wrist support during you're matches and use an anti inflammatory gel to help control it. Just make sure you rest it as much as possible between matches.

Good luck with your wrist and your tennis
