Cramps..do you have period yet?
If not, it could be starting and the first one is
always the worst.
What are the other symptoms?
Do you have a fever?
Nausea?
Vomit?
Please go to ER if so.
depending on how old you are.. you might be getting your period.
but if not.. i would call your doctor and ask whats up.

The pain you described could be any number of things. Cramps from your period, an ovarian cyst, a tubal pregnancy (which i had)...or a bladder infection..Go to the ER as soon as possible. That is what i would recommend. Feel better hon.
