Broken wrist pain. When will it end?!

Question: I had a really bad break in wrist last July. The radius broke complete and moved so that it was on top of the ulna. It was put in a huge cast up to my shoulder to make sure that they bones would not move, yet when they took the casts off, the radius sticks out more than on the other wrist. I have almost full mobility, but when I'm doing something with fast repetitive movement like a quick passage on the piano it gets extremely sore and stiff. I am only 14, so my arms have not finished growing, and I had a quick heal since the break was inside a growth plate. When will this soreness stop?

ive broken both my wrists and i still have little achey paines in them somemtimes

I broke my ankle 10 years ago and STILL get nagging aches! Gets worse in colder weather. It will eventually get better, but it will take quite a while. As we are all different, you may take a very short time to recover compared to me, so its hard to say! Also ask your doctor if your able to use voltaren and anti inflammatory creams to help relieve the pain a little! :)
