yes, if i have a headache, i will drink espresso.that helps me for sure.But, espresso doesn't help me with any other pain:sinuses, or periods etc.just headaches.
Yes, the caffine helps my headaches and thats why Excederin has caffine, but any other pain I haven't noticed if it helps.

I have osteoarthritis so sometimes when I make a pot in the afternoon I feel better. I don't really know if its the coffee or the relaxing or both, but it works well!
