Extreme pain, Please help!?!
Question: I got adjusted by my chiropractor on Friday and my neck is so stiff I can barely move. My mid back as well. I'm a massage therapist so I get adjusted regularly. I have been putting ice and heat on it, taking motrin , putting biofreze on it and trying to massage it. What else can I do? I can't even move. Please help!!

maybe your chiropractor pulled muscles or something and you slept on it way wrong that night. i would go see a doctor if i was you.
Maybe your chiropracter has learned a few knew ways to adjust. If you are having pain to the point were you cannot stand or move I would see and docter and have them check you out. Give it some time first the pain should ease away.
Ask Your doctor. You can get a speical pain relieve called morphin if this doesn't help you need to ask the doctor for a stronger prescription. Relax, Take it easy and lie Your head in a hot water bottle over Night.
Get a real massage.
Why do you get adjusted regularly? You shouldn't need it if you eat right ( gluten, sugar and any other food intolerance eliminated) and if you get massage regularly.
