I have a leg length discrepancy of two cm. What exercises can I do?!
Question: My left leg is shorter than my right by 2cm's and I have to wear a heel lift. I havent really been wearing it this year because we've moved to the coast and I find it hard to wear trainers all the time in this heat.
What exercises/stretches can I do to alleviate the pain in my hips and lower back?

Unfortunately exercises won't help. You have pain because the muscles, tendons and ligaments are being strained due to the discrepancy and alteration in your stance. You can use something like Motrin to help alleviate the pain, but honestly you really need to wear the heal lift. Otherwise the strain on them will eventually translate to back, knee and hip problems beyond pain, and the fix won't be as simple.
