YOUCH! i feel for ya! i've thrown my back out sooo many times! it hurts! just relax and let it get better before you start doing stuff. but after you feel a little better, something my chiropractor had me doing, and it helped, was sit on a chair, bend over & put your hands on the floor, and "walk" your hands forward as far as you can. don't bounce when you do this. then hold it as long as you can & then "walk" your hands back in. do this 5 times to start, then build up from there.

Yes. Get on all fours. Drop your belly forward thus increasing the forward curve in your low back. Force this. Then reverse and arch you back up like a cat and force that. Repeat this over and over. Now get on your stomach if you can Prsess downward with your hands arching your low back so that the curve increases. Force that and repeat. This may help and will not hurt. But I do not know exactly what you need.
