Help! i hurt my hand!?!
Question: ok i punched my floor out of anger and a blast of pain errupted throught my hand. i ran it under cold water for about a minute and now my wrist bone hurts when i clentch my fist tight or if i move it like playing guitar playing games. i have a bad feeling that i've fractured it some how what do you think?

well first of all calm down with your temper
trust me i took anger management classes 4 about 3 years
they sux about the hand thing
you could have dislocated it or possibly fractured it
but if anything u are gonna be okay go get it checked
out or go 2 walmart and wrap it in a bandage and just
let it be!
