i don't see how wet hair has anything to do with it!
big deal. I sleep with my hair wet usually & i'm fine. besides if you slept on your wet hair (if it was long then your head might hurt from the hair being pulled but not your shoulder!!)

if you slept on your shoulder all night that could explain the soreness. maybe sub consciously you knew your hair was wet & didn't wanna roll around the bed with wet hair. So you stayed in the same spot aka your shoulder... it happens & it should go away...

put some ice on it. or something for sore muscles (icy hot or something like that i think its called)

never have somewhere of you in bed wet, cause it made ur shoulder hurt of be soaked at might when humans not made to be like fish..... blow dry ur hair before sleep.

That happened to me before. Usually the next night I roll the pillow up under my neck and lay flat on my back and it's better the next day. I think if you're gonig to sleep with your hair wet it's best to wrap a towel around it and sleep with the towel on.

Well i doubt that wet hair is the reason your shoulder hurts. I am a competatve swimmer and I go to bed with my hair wet most days. Try stretching your neck from side to side slowly. You probably got a stiff neck from sleeping akwardly to accomadate your wet hair.
