obviously you shouldnt be on the internet, this is a stupid quesiton, if he really is that swollen and your that scared and concerned and confused, your first instict should have been to take him to the emergency room, not go on yahoo answers to see whats wrong with him, we are not certified docters on here ya know, we are just average people trying to help other average people. if your son did get bit by a spider, it must have been a poisonous one, he could be dying right now from the venom in your son's blood. take him to the doctor right away.

mupms or a spider or maybe just pink-eye. i think you have to take him in.

yes you should call a doctor right away,
he maybe allergic to something.

you should call a doctor right away this could be serious quickly or take him to the doctor or even call poison control

sounds like an allergic reaction. Take him to the hospital now.

i would def. take him into the hospital or call a doctor.

Whenever you think 'should I call a doctor?' the answer is always 'yes'.

If you are in any doubt at all - call a doctor. Might not be serious but you need to be safe.

i'm sure he'll be fine. Good luck

Yes you should def call a doctor. It could be a spider bite but it could also be an allergic reaction to something. Either way medical attention is needed. Hope he feels better soon.

OMG TAKE HIM TO THE DOCTOR OR HOSPITAL NOW! why havn't you already went. I would have gone straight away!

You should call a doctor. But unless he is allergic to them, you should buy some antihistamines and give them to him. You should also try to find the site of the bite and with surgical gloves pull out any sting that is still in him. Keep it for identification. He should see a doctor even if the antihistamines work because he may need to keep an epipen with him in future. These allergic reactions can be fatal.

Your son needs to go to the emergency room. It is possible for his airway to swell shut and he could die. The facial swelling is the first sign of anaphylactic shock. He needs medical attention.
