no that will make it worse. when you are dehydrated, the last thing you want is more salt. salt naturally takes all the moisture from you. and thats what you need... moisture. go get a good waxy chap stick and apply it several times a day till your lips are no longer chapped.
I would think not. Campho-Phenique gel works really good- may sting at frist but makes them feel much better~
No, salt is going to dehydrate you! Use chapstick, they're designed for dried lips.
