NO!!! it will only dehydrate you making the cramp worse. Drink a sports drink like gatorade

Not that I know of. Thats like saying you swam in ocean water and started getting leg cramps and then started drinking the ocean water and your leg cramps go away. But no I do not think it would.

No, it will make you ill! Rehydration salts are different, they can be added to your drinking water (in powder or tablet form).
Also, eating bananas helps.

My dad used to have terrible leg cramps at night. He was told to take Vitamin E and it did help.
