What side effects might/will happen if you have pinched your vein?!

If you've ever gotten a shot in one of your veins, you'd know that it stings. That affect mainly does happen when you pinch hard on veins.

Why would you want to pinch a vein? I wouldn't advise it unless you are just crazy curious.
