Sudden ill feeling?!
Question: today, i was feeling perfectly fine, having a good day, on my way to go shopping, then it was like someone flipped a switch, i had a fever, of about 101, and general malaise feeling, headachey, dizzy, nauseated, racing pulse, and my blood pressure was 137/99 and my pulse was 97...since this feeling started, i have been taking tylenol and resting, but i was wondering what this could be? it came on so quickly

You probably have a viral illness. You are doing good self care--resting, taking Tylenol for fever & body aches. If you really over-do drinking water it can contribute to nausea. A viral illness will pass in it's own time but if your fever continues to climb, or you don't feel better in a couple of days, see a doctor.
Sounds like the flu to me, but I'm not a doctor.
maybe youre really dehydrated- drink more water? thats al;ways my problem
Sounds like food poisoning if this was that sudden.
This is basically the flu x3 lol. Lay down and get bed rest if you can. If it continues for longer then a few days consult a doctor.
