The commonest cause of this would be simple catarrh. There is either fluid or a mucus plug behind the ear drum. Simple steam inhalation might clear it. However if the problem does not settle go see your GP.
It could just be ear wax. Does it hurt?
Go see a doctor. If it's ear wax, he'll flush it out and you'll be fine.

infection, go to the doctor, they wil prescribe you something to get rid of the infection.

1)go to a doctor and report problems
2)try not to be around loud people and turn the volume down on deveces
3)use a q-tip and clean your ears very well
$if its quite and you hear a long [beep] sound that mean some one is thinking/talking about you if its left that means its good and if its the right ears theyre talking something bad about you
oh and if your not talkin about the inside of your ear go to walmart and they bive you this blue box its kinda small and it has a bottle inside to heal sore ears etc.
