Pulled my groin muscle, tips for self treatment?!


Question: im 15 and i run track. i pulled my groin minorly but irritated it again today by sprinting some during practice. i heal really fast but probably not fast enough so ill be back to normal again by my first meet wednesday. any excercises or stretches i can do to help it out?

PS - regardless of what anyone says im running in that meet wednesday, i could care less if it hurts it more. its just 100 meters then a 200 meter sprint

Ice it and rest it as much as you can between now and your meet.
