Well I have had pain all my life. I suffer from Arthritis, Fibromyalgia, broken several toes and fingers, broken my sternum and several ribs, injured my back, internally bruised my knee cap to where I couldn't walk at all, sprained several things on my body, csection with no meds afterwards, infected teeth.
Ok I say it is toss up between my back going out- the spasms and the infected tooth. I swear there is no pain like an infected tooth- man you are willing to do anything to get it to stop!!
One of the worse accidents I had at work was when I tripped over this childs size chair and grabbed onto one of those half walls and came down on the cement floor on my knee. I never cried so hard in my life. My sister and Mom had to carry me into the Urgent Care. They felt so bad they got me in right away. I couldn't do anything- I couldn't lay, I couldn't walk, I couldn't sit. Then they pressed my knee down to take xrays and I thought I would go out of my mind with the pain.
I think the worse pain that anyone could ever deal with is a toss up between severe burns all over your body or dying from Cancer where the pain meds no longer work. That would be Hell.
I had a double bunion removal. I would have to say that it was the most pain I have ever felt in my entire life. I have had many surguries & accidents and that had to be the worst. I like to think that I have a high tolerance for pain too.
Let's see here. I've broken a toe and run on it, I've had multiple head injuries, I've burned myself countless times, and get scraped up in daily life. I'm not sure what the most pain I've been in is. I deal with it by trying not to acknowledge that it's there. It seems to work pretty well. I treat the injury and move on.
I have degenerative Arthritis and have had for 23 years. I am now on Morphine 3 times a day and anti inflammatorys. I guess I don't handle it very well.
I've had a herniated disc in my neck and had to have surgery, but the most pain I've ever had was a tooth abscess that got really bad. It was excruciating, in your face. I do not tolerate pain well especially because I know that there are things you can take for it.
my skull seperated from my spine. i passed out from the pain. and the turama.
i woke up 4 1/2 months after the accident.
pretty much got a high pain threshold,i've given birth, had twin girls BUT i have to say BL**DY TOOTHACHE gets the better of me everytime!! how painfull is it? on a scale from 1 to 10 i'd say 9! had a trapped nerve in my back once ooouuuccchh thats gotta be a 9 too
childbirth tops em all at a great big heafty 10!!
