Neck Pain? Please Help!!!?!
Question: i have this achy sharp pain in the back lower left side of my neck. it hurts to move it. it isnt to bad, but its bad enough to metion on yahoo! answers. it feels like it needs to be cracked, but it hurts when i do. it has been like this since this morning when i stumbled on the stairs. it was sort of a delayed pain, by about 15mins. i have this feeling that this will stop me from sleeping tonight because these things do. i really dont want to miss scholl to go to the doctor for this. PLEASE HELP!!!

ps. i dont take pain killers, and i wont metion this to my parents, regardless of persuation attempts.

I always have neck pain...probably because i crack my neck every 5 mins. Just massage it and try to put ice on it as much as you can...don't sleep on that side of the neck
