My ankle hurts really bad when i step it also hurts cuz everytime i step, it cra!

Question: My foot hurts realllllllly bad when i step, because everytime i step, my ankle cracks, and it hurts like a #$@!*. Does anyone know whats wrong with me, or what i can do to not make it hurt so much??????????????? THANKS

First, try to stay off of it. try RICE (rest ice compression elevation). Next did you do anything that might have injured it? If so go see your doc or the ER for x-rays.
