Laughing Gas or Put 2 Sleep???!
Question: Okay so I am uber SCARED. I am having surgery 2mor and I am awfully nervous. You c I broke my nose playing softball and now I have to have a surgery to move the bone back into place. I am 100 percent SCARED 2 DEATH! I've only had 1 surgery b4 in which I was put to sleep. It was very minor
(mole removal) but still somewhat frightening. I would like 2 know if being put 2 sleep is easier than laughing gas. I am trying 2 decide. I am so afraid 2 be put 2 sleep again and prefer laughing gas but dont know much about it. If you know anything about laughing gas or have had 2 use it b4 please tell me eveything u know. ALL ANSWERS ARE APPRECIATED! AND PLEASE HURRY I REALLY NEED 2 KNOW! THANK YOU :)

Laughing gas is fine - you really do not care or remember what is going on...I assume they will give you something else for pain as well? Not sure...but you should be just fine if that's what you decide.
I had oral surgery some time ago. with the choice of Nitrous or General anesthesia.
the doctor would like you to use Nitrous, cuz its cheaper. I you want a general anesthesia, then he needs to hire an anestesiaologist. so its more expensive.
I think its worth it.
