Does milk help indigestion?!

Question: Only if you use whole milk. If you look at indigestion medicines like Tums and Pepto Bismo, they are thick and chalky just like whole milk is. You want to coat your stomach to get rid of indigestion so whole milk will help.

I think it does, but not if you are sensitive to dairy or lactose intollerant

Most definately!!!

u have baking soda in your fridge? take a teaspoon or 2 of the stuff and swirl it around in a 1/2 glass of water and down it. works like a charm.

Milk will help with acid indestion at first but does contain lactic acid. The lactic acid can worsen the indegestion in the long run. Best bet is to use tums, rolaids, mylanta or similar for instant releif. If you need long term relief, choose Zantac (my fav), Pepcid or one of many on the market.
