I'm feeling VERY HOT & having heartburn ?!
Question: It's weird. Because I'm so hot but my boyfriend is so cold. It's very cold outside too. I'm burning up. . I'm having hot flashes. And also, heartburn. It's hard to breathe. When I drink water / eat it feels weird around my chest area.
What's wrong with me ? What can I take to feel better ?

It is heartburn for sure I get this way when I eat spicy things,If you still have this when you go to bed make sure your head is elevated.Try drinking a glass of milk and try some tums every 10 or 15 minutes.

It could be heart attack chica. If you have never had this before get it checked out. You need to know.
My mom has been down to the ER three times with similar symptoms that turned out to be severe indigestion. Hopefully that's all your problem.
Go to the hospital asap. I can tell u this sounds like a silent heart attack. I can tell u to squirt a small amount of mustard on the tip of your hand to get rid of the heartburn it always works for me. God bless
