Ha I had the same thing about two weeks ago and I just recovered I actually strained a muscle on the chest wall which then cause my lungs to swell lol it sucked but it wasnt to bad go see a doctor not because its so serious but because it cant hurt. Feel better.
Ps lay off the workouts for like a while to see if it heals up if it persists for more than a week then go to the doctors so they can help.

theres a difference between pain and soarness

it could just be muscles that you tore along your torso. working out builds muscle by ripping and rebuilding.

you know what they say...if it hurts later you did it right!!!

If you're body isnt use to working out then this is normal. You could have just pulled a muscle which will work itself out. Give it a few days and see what happens

maybe it's just your imagination

Since you don't work out to much it could just be because your body's not used to it, but if you just want to be sure you could search around on www.webMD.com to reassure yourself.

lactic fatigue is normal worsen if you have uric acid
