Clean for 1 Whole Day!!?!


Question: I've finally made the decision to stop my daily use of cannabis, for 1 day I have not smoked (amazing considering I used to smoke every single day, often more than one), I feel OK for now but after 8 years chronic use I'm waiting for symptoms to show or for my resolve to weaken. Can anyone advise me of what to expect and how to keep focused?

I smoked for 24 years,but I quit. You won't feel any different. You won't have those munchies as much any more! I've been clean for 3 yrs. Here are some tips to prevent you from going back to it.

1) Stay away from it. The smell can trigger your craving for it.
2) You really have to want to quit. If you're not 100% ready to quit,it will NEVER work for you. The same for smoking cigarettes. Good luck to you. Now with that $$ you spend on that,now you can buy useful things.

um u just basically admitted to the whole world something that is illegal. if a copper sees this then u r in 4 it. but i will be nice and not tell my cousin who is a copper.

Figure out in advance what you will do when or if cravings strike. eg, go for a jog (can be healthy lol), or some other activity which may take focus in itself, thereby taking the focus from your cravings.

If you have special situations happen, or places where you always had a smoke, take avoidance measures so you don't place yourself in a position to trigger cravings.

Plan all this stuff in advance so you know what to do.
Good on you - as a 60 Camel nonfilter cigarettes a day ex smoker I know how hard it can be.
