Very sore rhomboid.. Can you help me??? I'm not taking medication or painkil!

Question: upper shoulders, eh? stand in a doorway, with your forearms on the frame so your upperarms parallel to the floor....

Feet just a little behind the jamb, and lean forward without tensing any muscles. ease your weight forward without tensing.
The stretch should work into the shoulders and upper back, and even lower back.
Your rhomboid in the upper back should feel a pulling stretch, but don't tense/tighten the muscles, just let them stretch. After 20 secs, ease back... wait 20, then do it again, and repeat 4 times.

hot bath, massage, or natural remedy such as relaxing tea.
Aleve is great too.

Get someone else to jam their fingers in it and press it. Hang from a chin up bar and stretch, have somebody walk on your back. If that does not work see a chiropractor for adjustment, triggerpoint therapy and ultrasound and electrostim. Maybe see a deep massage therapist.
