I don't know what a bleep test is, but don't let the crutches drag you down!
I had a broken left ankle last summer (the 4th time I've had a leg casted). Every day I was outside... hiking to the lake (1km)... i hiked up a mountain with them (2km / +1200ft)... cruise the town for ladies... bet slow people to race them backwards... i even went swimming all the time.
By the end of the summer my arms were pumped and my right leg was so jacked it felt like i was flexing my calf even when I was relaxing!
i did that going down a step.
it is annoying and crutches were a pain also.
you can not do any tests.
reading, watch tv, write or anything else to keep you amused.
it will heal with plenty of rest.
