Gave it up in 1993 and Extremely grateful! I had mega withdrawls tho and almost didn't make it. I used to get up, shower, do hair n makeup, spray on my favorite perfume make extra sure my mascara hadn't run, take a last look @ the door then walk out smelling like an ashtray. My difining moment was when a co-worker got near me and she really smelled as great as she looked...I didn't..I Wanted that! I didn't want people to say, "here comes stinky"!

yea i am still smoking and i am going to till i die. and i pay 56 to 80 a carton depending on where i go eh. i cut down ALOT though compared to what i was smoking
Smoking is an addiction..Once you get started,you won't able to let it off..Although I'm not a smoker,I swear if I'm starting,i wont leave it although it's costs megabucks..
