Neck pain please help?!
Question: ok my neck hurts really bad well its more of the lower neck and when i swallow my chest hurts andd it feels like i have something stuck in my lungs its hurts alot do you have any idea what it could be i went to the doctor he said my lungs were good could it just be a pulled muscle or something

Stress does amazing things to the human body... often we think it is something really bad, but reduce the stress and it stops. Also RSI Repetitive Strain Injury, try to see if you are doing something over and over again that is putting strain on your body and stop doing it. Even something so simple as pulling yourself up steps with one arm will do this. RSI is very common but not very commonly understooo or considered when it is the cause of most muscle pain.
You should get a second opinion.
try recalling how you got the neck pain. maybe there is something you missed and most of the time doctors really need to know everything in order to diagnose you properly.
but for now, hot bath would be soothing, then when you remembered what really happened, you have to see your doctor again.
I would go and get a 2nd opinion regarding this.
