What could these aches and pains be?!

Question: My fiancee is having really bad pains basically everywhere in his body. His arms chest legs and his hands are cramping up. He has a mild case of carpel tunnel. A little details are that he hasn't worked since Feb 29th he's in between jobs right now and he started feeling like this when he went to do a 2 day job of throwing away trash. Could it be that he started getting these aches and pains because he hasn't been doing much stuff lately? Another thing he's a diabetic and his sugar is up to 352. We have a doc appt today at his regular health clinic but just wondering if anybody could maybe tell me what these pains sounded like. He is a big guy he's about 6'1" and about 300-315 lbs. He is 27 will be 28 at the end of May.

Well this man being your fiance you need to study up on Diabetes. It is a very serious medical problem and everything you mentioned including his sugar being in the 300 range can be dangerous. You need to encourage a better diet if he is not following one, as far as stappling of the stomach, any surgery can be dangerous with a diabetic. Seek medical help and use your computer to educate yourself. As far as over exerting himself throwing away trash I don't believe that would be an underlining problem unless you only take out the trash once a year.
good luck!

First of all he is way overweight. The diabetes might be easily controlled or even go away if he lost weight and exercised regularly. He needs to see the doctor and follow his orders. Stomach stapling is not a cure all for everyone. After the procedure he will only be able to eat a very small amount of food at each sitting. It is a huge emotional adjustment to change your lifestyle forever...

For his Carpal Tunnel, I'd recommend wearing a Elbow Brace with Gel Arc. It healed my carpal tunnel within 2 days. In the current market, Serola's elbow brace seems to be the best as far as quality, comfort, and prices are considered. It was well worth my $20 investment.

Maybe it will help! Good luck! Visit their web: http://www.serola.net/products.php
