Small Lump on Neck??!
Question: I just noticed today that i have a small, dime- sized lump on my neck and it hurts when i press it. It just suddenly appeared. What could this be? What can it be caused by? What should i do about it?

Lymph node is probably the thing, and get checked for an infection. That's why they suddenly bump up like that. It might even go away in a day or two, but on the neck it might mean something like strep throat, even though you don't feel it in the throat.
If it's a small embolism, that could lead to a stroke, or worse.
In either case, get to a doctor, ASAP

it could be nothing, if it is there for a few weeks, i would have it checked out.
It is probably your Lymph Node swollen. It is usually a sign of Infection. It could be nothing but i would suggest seeing a Doctor just to make sure everything is okay
