Although they mostly do group policies they do have limited individual policies in some areas. In my state they have one plan option available but only in some counties, not for the entire states. They are very good plans but with the limited options I sell very few Cigna plans.
Try calling around to some local independent agents to see if any offer Cigna. If they do the agent can compare their plan to the other plans available to find you the best plan for your situation and budget. There is no extra charge if you use an agent.
