Is anyone here kinda crazy with [cracking bones]?? i can't seem to stop!!! :!

Question: i have like an addiction (kinda) to cracking my ankles, back, neck, knees, knuckles, and toes. i dont do all of them all the time but at least once a day i do my knuckles, back, and neck. i also go to a chiropractor (i'm not supposed to crack my back and neck but i kinda do anyways...shhh! lol). it feels good though!!!! how many other people do this? i know it's probably not good to crack your knuckles with all this rumour about arthritis...
is there any way i can try to stop?! i'm kinda addicted!

**and please dont call me a freak! :[

I've mentioned this to a couple of people in regards to knuckle cracking but I imagine it would work for whole body cracking too. It's called aversion therapy. Put a rubber band around your wrist. Everytime you start to crack, think about cracking or have just cracked, pop the rubber band. Just pull it out and let go, snapping your wrist. Your brain begins to connect the cracking to pain. You may get a welt on your wrist but don't give up, keep going. If people can quit smking with this technique surely it will work for this.

Immaturity, chew gum instead.
