Ibuprofen to ease the pain.

If the piercing is infected you /have/ to clean it with something. Whether it be alcohol or regular old soap and water, please clean it. If you clean it, the infection will clear up faster and you won't be in pain for as long.

First, is it from silver? Silver helps by killing some of the bacteria. Thats why first thing after piercing is usually from silver and changed only later.
Also, go to any piercing shop/drug store, they will help with cleaning or you will be able to purchase something to do it yourself.

Wash with cotton wool or gauze and boiled water with salt in it..You could put in a clean cup to do it.
Then when the water is cooler wash the infected piercing..If you have a chemist still open buy cotton wool and surgical spirit to bathe it with..

OMFG go see a doctor

First take tylonol. It is the most effective pain releaver. Also Ibuprofin and Naperson. or Motrin and aleve. As for the infected site. You may need to apply antibiotic ointment in a first aid kit. If it doesn't get any better you may need to go to the doctor. If it goes on too much longer it may get septic and have to be surgicly removed. I am not trying to scare you but it is the facts. Also if you have no antibiotic cream try putting honey on it. It has to be real honey not imitation. Honey is a great way of killing infection. The anchent egyptions used it to treat infections. Just apply it to the wound.
