Any suggestions on remedies for diarrhea?!
Question: -Immodium AD does not help at all. I've taken it in the past. It does stop diarrhea, but the pain in my stomach worsens after I take it so suggest some over-the-counter drugs or natural remedies please.

The water and electrolytes you lose during an attack of diarrhoea have to be replaced inside you to stop dehydration. You can get ready prepared powders of electrolyte mixtures to which you have to add to a specific amount of water. Drink half a litre of the oral re hydration liquid each hour. Do not eat any solid food until your diarrhoea eases. Or you can make up an oral re hydration solution and dissolve a teaspoon of salt and 8 teaspoons of sugar to help your intestines absorb the water and salt in a litre of water

Drink water to replace the liquid that is squirting out of you.
Just drink for the next 24 hours cool water that has been boiled and cooled with a pinch of salt to 1lt of water.
As much as you can drink..
Or you can buy over the counter mineral salts to put into your water..
